Year 1988
Mr. Bharat shah visited Germany for exploring possibilities of incorporating latest Technology in the field and expansion of Business. This was followed by importing latest battery of spring coiling machines.

Year 1990
Import of 4 New spring coiling machines from Switzerland, Germany & Taiwan. Purchase of two new units with 450 Sq. ft. area.

Year 1996
With Importing of latest battery of spring manufacturing Machines, innovative ideas, hard work and roping in of valuable elite clients business progressed by leaps and bound with result proprietary concern was converted into Pvt. Ltd. company named as Wirecom (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Bharat shah become a Managing Director.

Year 1999
Wirecom (India) Pvt. Ltd. certified as first ISO 9002 certified company in Small Scale Sector in Spring Manufacturing Segment and became a leader in Precision springs this was acclaimed in all News paper and media.

Year 2000
Import of 2 CNC spring coiling machines Wirecom participated in IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award, 2000 and won the Certificate of Merit in Small scale sector with the participation of Birla and Infosys, the glittering cermany was held at Indian Merchant chambers in the presence of Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Mr. Narayan Murthy and Niraj Bajaj. Merit certificate was handed over by Dr. R. A. Mashelkar –.Director General council of scientific and Industrial Research, the events was highlighted in all public news papers and media .

Year 2002
Wirecom (India) Pvt. Ltd. entered in to export markets in springs and wire forms. Company upgraded for ISO 90001:2000 Quality management system.

Year 2003
Import of latest 6 CNC spring coiling and wire forming machines with on line SPS and length sorting device with on line stress relieving furnace, ready for our second wave of expansion and the world is now our marketplace. Son Pratik stepped in with global vision.

Year 2005
Opening of Research and Development department with latest computerized UTM machines, Chatillion load testing machines, profile projector, computerized Torsion testing machines and automatic spring setting machines.

Year 2007
Import of 3 CNC spring coiling machines with SPS online, in-house development of Spiral Spring coiling machines. We are proud to be member of the Institute of Spring Technology –UK, became CRISIL rated company in SME sector, expansion of manufacturing unit at Pune –Maharashtra with latest technology in spring manufacturing, Wirecom becomes key supplier in global spring market.

Year 2008
Started new Plant Vasai of 6350 sq. ft. area.  Import of 4 CNC spring coiler and former from Taiwan.
